Debunking television by BBC Panorama about the hypes surrounding foods and drinks that should boost our sport performance. Sport enhancing products effectiveness claims get scrutinised. On thing almost all of these products (from ionised energy drinks, protein shakes to running shoes) have in common is that the published papers based to back the claims are weak, in animals or only true for high intensive athletes making it expensive useless gimmicks for most of the normal population.
